On our trip back from Colorado Springs we had a short layover in Denver. Colorado Springs is about an hour north of Denver so the flight is about 15 minutes from wheels up to wheels down on a small turboprop place. The neat thing about this was walking out from the plane to the terminal. It wasn’t too busy in the terminal, so Arielle decided she needed some portraits on the moving walkway.

While in Colorado Springs we got the chance to meet Taj, the new addition to Laura and Vinny’s family.

The weekend before Halloween, we headed up the Colorado Springs to visit our friends Laura and Vinny. It was the first time I’d seen Vinny and there daughter Alyssa (the flower girl in our wedding) in almost 2 years. We also go the chance to meet their 6 month old Taj. (more from him later)

We were picked up from the airport and headed over to Manitou Springs for the annual coffin races.
